It's a classical business hotel. Everything felt very solid, and I had a good time with no complaints. The location is what makes this hotel so great. It's very central, but still in a quiet place. From busy Tokyo station, it only takes 10-12 minutes by feet. The closest metro is Ningyocho sta. which takes about 5 minutes by feet. There, you can take the Asakusa and Hibiya Line, which gives you a great connection to a lot of places. Also, I wanted to mention that I forgot my headphones there, and the hotel kept it for over 3 weeks. Thanks again! All in all, I had a great stay!

Fabian

Good price-quality of service ratio and the staff is very kind and professional. The communication with my very poor Japanese proficiency and using also English was not always easy, but they were very patient and helpful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable the first night, having traveled with heavy luggage for nearly 2 weeks already, but you get used really fast to the technology the mattress is built with, and then it’s perfectly fine.

Luca

Washing and drying machines, detergent machine worked by coins inside the hotel, liked the most from what was presented for the breakfast: miso soup and warm onigiri with crispy chicken, juice and coffee, really nice and welcoming staff, self check-in kiosk, organized luggage storage system

Natalia

I liked how close it was to all the train stations, about 5-10min walk to Asakusa line/Ginza line/ and Tokyo station. Close to shopping centers too and can easily walk to Ginza, Akihabara, Tsukiji, and the Imperial Palace. Breakfast was also good and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Carl

The breakfast was more Japanese style, as most of the customers were Japanese, perhaps with nearby office workers working late. In addition to the Japanese style breakfast, the OJ and coffee were great! Very clean room cleaned every four days. Pajamas, toothbrush and razor supplied.
